Frack water treatment at Piney Power Plant?
Clarion Connection radio program looks at the Piney Power Plant and the proposed Frack water treatment plan in Piney Township. Neighbors Byron Collier and Amy Kaltenbach express the concerns of increased heavy traffic along a narrow road in front of the their homes.
