Energy Program of Northwest Planning Commission

Who wants to save money on energy costs? Bill Rupert, manager of the Northwest Regional Planning and Development Commission's Energy Program, talks about a program that helps businesses and organizations reduce their energy costs.

The Pennsylvania Energy Partnership (PEP) provides expert advice and technical assistance to clients as they work towards energy efficiency. Clients will see an energy cost savings by participating in this program. These services are provided by the Local Development Districts at no cost to the client.
