Lt. Gov. Cawley pushes economic development
Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley talkes with host Ron Wilshire and his visit to Clarion County. He is visiting Clarion Farms and the Piney Dam Power Plant and Marcelus Frack Water Treatment Plan.
