Artfunkle offers relaxed atmosphere for the Arts
Artfunkle owner John Miller talks about the artwork, used books, used vinyl record albums, and other activities at his Main Street store in Clarion. The store's business plan is almost an anti-business, but Miller is having fun at what he does and is an important part of the arts community.
