She came in through the bathroom window

Retired nurse Rosemary Nachtwey talks about her days as a registered nurse with the Clarion Area Agency on Aging and how she met the needs of her patients, including going in through a bathroom window.  The Area Agency on Aging is facing a cut of over $200,000 funding it its waiver program that allows qualified seniors to stay in their homes as opposed to going into a nursing home.  The cuts impact a potion of the waiver services, including the elimination of registered nurses for supervision of the patients.
